The weather In Chicago during the past fortnight has been anything but agreeable, a tnlrky gloom prevailing most of the time, but when Tom graced us with his presence it was an Illumination. Tom Dunn Is a self-made man. The Bible tells ua that envy Is a cardinal sin. but there are times when I can't help but bemoan the fact that I have not been fortunate enough or capable enough to accumulate a bankroll auch as my friend, Dunn, enjoys.
