There were two other people around about that time. One was Eva Shafran whom, I believe, was educational director, and Betty Gannett was somewhere in the picture. I know she was on the county bureau. She exerted a very great deal of influence. At the end of 1936, Leech, I believe, was removed. There was another complete reshuffle, and Paul Cline was brought out, I believe, from the East to be organizer.
