Jobbers may and should immediately re-ship to Dealers. The Records may be placed on sale as soon as received. Supplements and Phonograms will be shipped with Records to Jobbers, who should in turn re-distribute to Dealers. Bulletins will be mailed to Dealers direct from the Advertising Department. Printed matter may be sent out and displayed as soon as received.
