McKay of Schenectady, New York, has been named Advertising and Sales Promotion Man¬ ager of General Electric’s Air Condition¬ ing Department, it was announced by H. B. Donley, Marketing Manager of the E. S. McKAY Department. McKay held his previous position. J. — Elizabeth Iron Works has announced the appointment of Emil Schaeffer, Civil Engineer, to the position of Chief Engineer of its Tower Division.
