Ray Johnston replies to the conferring of the title Chief Mirror Lake (Amerindian term for " reflected pictures”) when inducted into the Win Wa tribe in Oklahoma City. The new " injun chief” announced preparations for filming " Beating Back,” based on the life of Al Jennings, famed Oklahoma bandit. FIRST ANNIVERSARY. Christmas has its star, but last fortnight one (not so little) candle outshone, temporarily, that brilliancy, as eight pioneering Altechnicians gathered around the luncheon table to pay tribute to president L.
