Entirely devoid of any "gingerbready" lighting fixtures, all illumination emanates from modern, built-in wall and ceiling plaques. The proscenium treatment is carried out in the flutings of the columns on either side of the curtain, in the folds of curtain itself and in the valance of the same material. Note also the thematic fluting in the ceiling ducts above the proscenium opening. I LOOKING TOWARD THE REAR, an even better idea is obtained of the decorative painting. The portholes of the booth, opening into a paneled mural, are hardly noticeable. Attention should be given to the excellent use of a stepped ceiling, in providing for the air-conditioning grills. Latest seating comfort has been assured by the installation of de luxe, upholstered back and spring-edge seat chairs which are covered in van wrinkled mohair with leather seats.
