MILTON STARK, Baltimore movie maker, is moving to new spacious headquarters. Contract for a one-story theatre at 5 90 to 5 96 York Road has been awarded by the Govans Corporation, FRANK H. During the showing of the Polish picture "Wrzos,” at the Leader, WALTER COHEN, manager, arranged to have Mayor HOWARD JACKSON there and he talked on, the celebration of the birthday of Marshal JOSEPH PILSUDSKI. The Mayor was presented with a model ocean liner for the Baltimore Museum. MOE COHEN, Lexway, arranged a neat tieup with the Extension Service of Agriculture and Home Economics Department of the state by which a circular letter was sent out urging members to see "Rembrandt” at the Lexway.
