Sherwood, author; Burke Symon, director, 20th Century-Fox; A. P. Waxman, director, Will Rogers Drive: are snapped outside RKO-Radio Preview Room B before the screening of the drive trailer. "RULER OF THE SEAS.” Will Fyffe, distinguished Scotch character actor, arrives in New York, with Mrs. Fyffe, cn route to Hollywood, where he is cast in an important role in Paramount’s "Ruler of the Seas,” with Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., and Margaret Lockwood in the leading roles. Frank Lloyd will handle the directorial assignment on this important 1939-1940 picture. DISPLAY ARTIST. More familiar as a name than as a picture is Dave Kaiser, of the Maryland Art Display, responsible for a few of the many excellent ballyhoos in the theatres of Baltimore. "THE FLYING IRISHMAN.” Here is a tie-up effected by manager Jay Kimmel, William S. Wilder’s Gates, Portsmouth, Virginia, for ballyhoo on the RKO-Radio picture with Douglas Corrigan.
