Williams. As you probably would have guessed, he is the gentleman behind the desk in the topmost photo in this pictorial layout. Because the branch is small, we should not construe Mr. Williams as one of the lesser lights among NTS managers, for his wide experience in the equipment field and years of service with NTS places him in the upper strata of equipment store managers.
