Evans, Jr., producer of "Ridin' Wild," has installed a phonographtypewriter desk in his scenario department. Marjorie Daw thinks it a good idea. "Patrons are sincere 'movie' critics and demand the 'latest' and 'best' on the screen. With the wonderful help of the 'Herald' I have been able to keep in touch with the various changes and advancements which are so necessary for the theatre of today." Thus writes M. Marguerite Mclntyre, owner and manager of the Temple theatre on Mackinac Island, Mich. The picture gives an idea of the lobby displays arranged by Miss Mclntyre. Dr. Edgar James Banks, noted scientist, author and lecturer and authority on biblical research, has become permanently identified with Sacred Films, Inc., as research director. Another bright spot on Broadway, New York City. The new Cameo theatre was opened recently in 42nd street by B. S. Moss. This night picture was taken during the run there of Vitagraph's "The Prodigal Judge," starring Jean Paige, and a Larry Semon comedy. Her disguise is almost perfect. Bebe Daniels masquerades as a boy in her next Realart picture, "A Game Chicken," which Famous Players-Lasky Corporation distributes.
