VIII BETTER THEATRES SECTION OF January 3, 1925 A 1925 PROJECT — Twenty-six Story New York Theatre and Famous Players-Lasky Office Building for which ground will he broken June 1. It will occupy a site in Times Square. The theatre will seat about 4,000. The estimated cost of the structure is $10,000,000. C. W. & Geo. L. Rapp, Chicago, are the architects. Further details of the project are soon to he announced by Adolph Zukor, president of Famous Players-Lasky.
