Whalen. It appeals to the crowds belowT to keep traffic open. *I We admit the sidewalks in front of the Rialto and Criterion have been jammed since these two sensational attractions started their runs. We pledge the Commissioner to use every resource at our command to handle the crowds and to accomodate the thousands besieging the Rialto and Criterion box offices. With this idea in mind we are using a 24-hour continuous performance policy at THE TWO BLACK CROWS show. PARAMOUNT NEW SHOW WORLD
