It now has a total seating capacity of 1,061 seats ranging from 216 in the smallest to 388 in the largest. Each cinema is totally equipped for the handicapped. Boxoffice and entrance to Topsail Cinemas. Topsail Cinemas, the newest addition to the Maritime Theatres Limited group of theatres, operated by Famous Players Limited, opened in St. John’s, Newfoundland on June 26. The triple cinemas are located in the recently opened phase one of the new Sobeys Square Shopping Mall on Topsail Road. Seating capacities of the three auditoria are 426, 236 and 308 for a total of 970 seats.
