British Columbia Film provides seed capital for film and TV initiatives having significant B.C. components. The Market Incentive Program provides development and production incentives for film and TV projects based on eligible market support. The Applied Support Program may provide a combination of financial assistance and applied resources for viable film and TV projects which may not yet have secured marketplace interest. Assistance is also available for professional development and industrial development grants.
