Its collection includes over 32,000 film titles, 28,000 posters, 600,000 Stills, and 2,000 apparatus. Its médiathéque houses the largest collection of books and magazines on film and television in Canada. The Cinémathéque downtown building houses two screening rooms (film & video) that present year-round programs open to the public, and two exhibition rooms devoted to artifacts related to the history of film and television.
