RKO pictures are now shown in every country in the world with the exception of Russia, Phil Reisman stated to FILM DAILY yesterday. "We are going ahead with the opening of our own exchanges," said Reisman, "and now have branches throughout the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Panama, Mexico and France. The first release under our own distribution plan in France is "Flying Down to Rio," which is playing at the Elysee Gaumont in Paris. The business is unusually big for that house."
