There is no other trade or profession possessed of as many important detail ths building trade and the architectural profession. Few people — may I not particularly say — few customers, appreciate how muc and how long, a practical experience it takes to become a dependable and succe builder. Seldom do we find clients realizing how many years a real architect must s| in honest study and how much of natural talent, artistry and common business s il takes to successfully serve an industry as a specializing architect. In the field of specializing builders and architects, — the step from the little schoolhouse to the modern high school, — from the old time "Krankenhaus" to the ern hospital, — and many other special building groups, the rapid change and astoui developments have not been near as drastic and fast-changing as in the th building field. Hence an experienced theater builder and specializing architect, know "What Ails the Ailing Theater." Thus I say, — "Believe It or Not" — we have indeed, builders advantageously tr; and experienced in theater construction, and we, as theater architects, prefer recommend their services — particularly where rehabilitation and remodeling are templated. These contractors have gained knowledge in and about theater reconstru o ■$ jobs with reference to the use of proper materials, have learned how to schedule hi . work of the different trades, so as to expedite completion of work in shortest po' |k^| time. They know how to time building operations with least interference ve | theaters remain open during "face lifting operations." "Ask the Man Who Used de j The intelligent theater contractor does his best work when called upon to flow | plans prepared by practical theater architects, and on the other hand, the intel'c ■. theater architect prefers a regular theater contractor, and prompted by honest <si i to be of genuine service to the exhibitor, should revamp his organization and it. ■ .it r,e r,n AIR CONDITIONING PHOON CONDITIONING CO BLOWERS FANS AIR WASHERS 259 West 96th St., Now York RECORDING ON Film or Disc INDUSTRIALSLIDE FILirf BRUNSWICK PRODUCTIONS CORP.
