Leo Spitz, president of RKO Radio Pictures and Pathe News, has been elected chairman of the board of both those companies, succeeding M. H. Aylesworth, who resigned to join Scripps-Howard.
Spitz recently assumed the chairmanships of K-A-0 and B. F. Keith Corp., two posts also vacated by Aylesworth. Spitz is president of both those companies also.
GOURT CALLS IN SEC ON ROXY REORG. PLAN
