A formal motion for a new trial filed citing 15 assignments of errors including contentions ruling was against the evidence and the law broader than prayer of the plaintiffs, that the court was without jurisdiction to hear the cause, the decree is in violation of the State and Federal constitutions and that the defendants were denied a trial by jury.
