Favor "Relieving Clauses" in Trade Code (Continued from Page 1) tern of clearance by H. M. Richey, director of exhibitor relations for RKO, reportedly aroused considerable interest in Kansas City where he spoke last Friday before the Kansas-Missouri convention. Richey told the delegates that the time was coming when clearance would not be a "guessing game" but would evolve from a scientific analysis, based on admission prices, film rental, seating capacity, location and natural barriers. Richey said that a number of the complaints filed with the Department of Justice would not "stand the white light of analysis" if the protests were reviewed by a group of persons who were familiar with the industry. Many probably would be thrown out because they were unreasonable, he said. Baker. T. V. Lerahan. R. Weinfurter, T. H. Stevens. T). C. Newman. W. H. Esch. F. E. Wagoner. C. Kemp. A. Fromuth, H. F.
