Quarterly Net Rises to $3,560,000 Paramount Pictures, Inc. yesterday estimated its earnings for the first quarter ended April 3, at $3,560,000 after interest and all charges, including estimated provision for all Federal normal and excess profits taxes. The amount includes $701,000 representing Paramount's direct and indirect net interest as a stockholder in the combined undistributed earnings for the quarter of partially owned non-consolidated subsidiaries.
