Oklahoma City — The officers of the newly formed Criterion Theater Corp. are: J. H. Cooper, president; R. C. Clavenger, vice-president; A. C. Keough, secretary; and Fred Metzler, treasurer. Harold B. Franklin, of Southern Enterprises, will be on the board of directors. The theater company operates the Criterion in which Famous Players recently acquired an interest.
