F. Woodhull. Woodhull declared that there have been many proposals for a co-operative fire insurance plan, but thus far none had been accepted. "At the convention held at Chicago," he said, "we went on record as endorsing the Theater Inter-Insurance Exchange of Philadelphia, and it is only fair for me to state at this time that this organization has operated along the most conservative lines, saving the theater owner many hundreds oi dollars, and paying its few claims with a marked degree of promptitude. It would surely seem to me that your next national board of directors would do well to approach this concern, having in mind the enlargement of its scope of usefulness to the theater owners from coast to coast."
