Technicolor Denies Infringement Charge Commenting on the patent suit filed in the U. S. District Court, Wilmington, by E. E. Berl, attorney for Daylight Film Corp., against Technicolor, Inc., New York, charging i Hat two patents granted to Robert John have been infringed. William Travers Jerome, chairman of Technicolor, made the following statement: "The success of the Technicolor process naturally draws such suits. We have known of the Robert John process for 10 years and in all that time, so far as we know, no color motion pictures have been commercially produced by this process."
