Mrs. Gladys Banks Killed Mrs. Gladys Frazin Banks, 38, retired actress and former wife of Monte Banks, 20th-Fox associate prdoucer, died yesterday in a plunge from sixth floor apartment of her parents at 562 West End Ave.
