Philadelphia — Eastman Kodak's annual report to the SEC disclosed yesterday that President Thomas J. Hargrave was paid §113,125 during the last fiscal year.
Perley S. Wilcox, board chairman both of Eastman and a subsidiary, Tennessee Eastman Coi-p., was paid §79,965. A salarj' of 879,568 was received by Albert" K. Chapman, vicepresident and general manager.
Warners Aquatennial Short
Minneapolis — Warner Brothers is filming a two-reel short of the Aquatennial in color. Saul Elkins, WB writer-director, is here to supervise the film and Ray-Bell Films of St. Paul is shooting the short for Warners. Shooting is done in 16 mm. Kodachrome. which will be enlarged and printed in -35 mm. Technicolor. Release is scheduled for next Summer.

Sir Alexander Korda will be examined today in connection with the §2,000,000 suit brought by Charles Chaplin against David 0. Selznick and 20th Century Fox. Chaplin brought suit against Selznick for disposing of talent and storj' properties to 20th Century -Fox. claiming that the talent and properties should remain with United Artists. The motion to examine Korda was granted to Selznick by Justice Samuel Null.
Crash Kills Dr. Hatfield
Indianapolis. Ind. — Dr. Sidney J. Hatfield, 66, physician, surgeon, and owner and operator of the Dream Theater in Brightwood, was killed when his automobile was in collision with another car at Willits, California.
