Basic equipment has arrived and is being assembled in the circuit's Jackson St. warehouse for the purpose of experimenting in studio techniques. The station has not yet been licensed, but FCC action is expected momentarily on Interstate's application. The station will televise commercial programs of local studio origin and films.
