Martin that 191 orders requiring installation oi sprinkler systems in various establishments, including film studios, were tied up in the Board of Standards and Appeals last May, Chief Magistrate McAdoo has ordered officials of the fire department to appear before him Monday in connection with his inquiry into the Palhe studio fire.
