{Continued from Page 1) Western Electric, and Electrical Research Products. Complainants charged that the electrics control 90 per cent of the talking motion picture industry. They further stated that the suits will reach far into the deepest recesses of the talking picture industry, and there was talk that the federal government might enter an anti-trust suit.
Stanley charges that it has been compelled to use the defendant corporation's reproducing apparatus parts; Duovac claims its motion picture apparatus parts business has suffered through the alleged monopoly of the defendants, and the complaint of G. T. P. refers to manufacture of projection apparatus. Damages said to have been suffered run well into the millions. Defendants deny the allegations of monopoly and that their agreements were exclusive or illegal.

Kelcey Allen appointed himself Head Ribber

then Jules Ziegler came out of a trance with six "gags" he had been thinking up special, and sprang them one after another
in a frosty, terrific silence when Kelcey chirps up on
the last gag "I must have walked in on Amateur Day"
"No," responds the honorable prexy "Those
gags are sponsored by Mourner Brothers" so they carried
Jules out with six honorary pall bearers
