RULES AGAINST STAGEHANDS
New Haven — A. J. Vanni and Jack Sanson, managers of the Palace and Roper Sherman, respectively, have been freed on charges of violating a city ordinance requiring two stagehands. Judge Stanley Dunn of City Court dismissed the charges on the ground that the ordinance is "uncertain, vague and ambiguous." It was a test case.
