New Orleans Local Board Resubmits Zoning Plan New Orleans — Believing that the clearance and zoning plan adopted locally but returned by the Code Authority for revision is the best possible plan, the local zoning board will resubmit the same plan slightly modified, with a letter and a map explaining the geographical conditions peculiar to New Orleans which prevent greater revision, it was reliably but unofficially learned. The board also resolved that when a first run requires less than the permitted clearance this reduction must make the film available that much sooner on all other runs.
