LASKY-PARAMOUNT CHIMMIE DECIDES TO TAKE A SPECIAL EAST Chimmie has had a lot of fun with the Westerners and returns East, where he is hailed as the "Millionaire Kid." Then he tumbles to the fact that his employers have formed a crooked deal and forces them to refund their ill-gotten riches. This can safely be called the best comedy of the winter. There is a bit of pathos occasionally that adds to the value of the picture. ,
