Dave, (Socialist) by two resolutions, demands an inquiry into the fire at Sandhurst Bridge and the laying down of a policy whereby licences for _ the storage of inflammable articles may not be granted in buildings, parts of which are occupied for residential purposes, and, if such licences are to be granted, to ensure that the inflammable material are stored in completely fire proof rooms in places equipped with fire extinguishing appliances.
