STOP THIS WANTON DESTRUCTION In his report to the Bombay Municipal Corporation on the storage of chemicals and celluloid, the Municipal Commissioner has stated that the Commissioner of Police and the Commissioner of Excise, have agreed to issue or renew the licences for the storage of chemicals and celluloid in residential premises only on the strength of a "No Objection" certificate from the Municipality.
