Jean Bradin Ich wurde in Paris geboren und entstamme einer angesehenen Familie. Mein Vater war Direktor eines der größten Pariser Warenhäuser und hat es mir nie vergessen können, daß ich die kaufmännische Karriere ausschlug, um Schauspieler zu werden. Aber ich war von Anfang an für den Film begeistert. Meine bedeutendsten französischen Erfolge waren in „L'Auberge", „Reveille" und „Paul et Virgine". In England spielte ich eine Hauptrolle in dem Film „Island of despair". Dann wurde ich nach Deutschland gerufen und spielte hier in dem Korda-Film „Eine moderne Dubarry", sodann in dem Ufa-Film „Am Rande der Welt". Ich bin von meinem Beruf begeistert, und das ist alles, was ich über den Film zu sagen habe.
