Exchanges in the U. S. and Canada
IN THE COMPILATION WHICH FOLLOWS appear the addresses of over 750 exchanges in the United States and Canada. It includes independent exchanges and branches of national distributors. There are a few distributors listed as having exchanges in nearly all key cities, but which really only have distributing arrangements with independent exchanges. The names of these distributors are recorded merely to aid those wishing to book that product.
Officers, executives, division heads and other informative data regarding important distributors are included in another list.
