I was with him for a period of 3 years' during which time I produced the following films : I'll Be Seeing You, The Spiral Staircase, Till the End of Time, The Farmer's Daughter, and Bachelor and the Bobby Soxer. Mr. Stripling. ]\Ir. Schary, were you ever ait any time a member of the Screen Writers Guild ? Mr, Schary. Yes ; I was. Mr. Stripling. Were you also a member of the Screen Directors Guild? Before going with Mr. Selznick I was employed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios for a period of 7 years, both has a writer and as an executive, and befoTe that time I worked, I believe, at every major studio with the exception of Twentieth Century-Fox ; that is, at the home studio of Twentieth CenturyFox.
