New York Telephone Co. , New York City, general experimental license, frequencies 31600, 35600, 38600, 41000 kc. , 50 watts power, for period ending June 1, 1935; W1XH, New England Tel. & Tel. Co. , Boston, Mass. , construction permit to change transmitter locally in Boston. XXXXXXXX STARBECK SUIT FILED William D. L. Starheck filed suit for divorce in Reno, according to an Associated Press Dispatch, against Mrs. Frances Sayre Starheck, New York social registerite, charging separation for more than five years. The Starbecks married August 28, 1926, in New York City, the papers said. Mrs. Starheck now makes her home in New Cana.an, Conn. The name William D, L. Starheck is not known in Washing¬ ton, but W. D. L. Starhuck, wa.s a former Radio Commissioner from New York, who failed of reappointment. XXXXXXXX 11
