Attending from the Still Lab were: Francisco (Cisco) Amador, Joyce Braun (sec¬ retary), Forrest Callander, William Evans, Lamoine Fantozzi, Arthur Grube, James Gwin, Ross Kendall, Robert Lewis, Maurice Montgomery (Bunzie),.Marvin Moss, Roger Rinati, Frank Roach, Camp Russell, Jack Scellato, and Fitzgerald Whitney. The Universal Still Dept, was in a hubbub and for a good reason, a surprise retirement party was given by bossman Glenn Adams along with foreman Grant Hough and all the co-workers in honor of Dominic De¬ Cinces. There was a beautifully dec¬ orated cake, and coffee was served. The biggest surprise of all to Dom¬ inic was when he was presented with a transistor radio, AM and FM, which he will enjoy while sitting poolside. He was also presented with a US Savings Bond. Guests at¬ tending were: Ernest L. Repola, Sec’y. and Treas. of Local 683 who presented Dominic with a gold life membership card of Film Techni¬ cians Local 683; Anthony Frederick, Vice President; Don Bruno, set esti¬ mator; Jim Christy, business man¬ ager, Press Dept; Lome Braddock, advertising art - others from adver- Group of well ising art, Vince and Don; Eve Han¬ son, Lily Nissen, and Earlene Hall, retouchers; Bob Full, still camera¬ man; Bill Gordon, advertising art; Bill DeCinces, art director.
