Reginald Owen Signed For "Rosie" Reginald Owen, one of Holly¬ wood’s leading character actors, has been signed by producer Jacque Mapes for the featured roll of Rosa¬ lind Russell’s aged butler in Uni¬ versal’s Ross Hunter production, “Rosie,” starring Miss Russell and Sandra Dee. David Lowell Rich will direct the picture which is sched¬ uled to start Feb. 16. Owen’s last appearance at Univer¬ sal was in Hunter’s “The Thrill Of It All.” He also was featured in Walt Disney’s “Mary Poppins.” "DOCTORDOOLITTLE"BENEFIT The West Coast premiere of Ar¬ thur P.
