CHOMP-CHOMP NEW TERMITE SHOW A new idea to dramatize home destruction by termites is being offered by HYDREX PEST CONTROL, of North Hollywood. This is a closed circuit television presentation to home owners who may watch and listen to the pesky critters gleefully chomping up the underpinnings of their own dwellings, and is presented to each home-owner before they use the service. A specially outfitted mobile unit is moved to the home. Inside, the home owner may sit comfortably in front of a TV screen, while the termite inspector crawls under the house with a camera, microphone and lights, there to focus closeups on various scenes of destruction and record the action in sight and sound. For identification of where the action is taking place, the home owner also traces the inspector’s movements on a chart. No longer is it necessary to take someone’s word that the floor joists are being systematically decimated. The saboteurs act and speak for themselves in on-the-spot news coverage. BUSY BURT SCHRAGER of The Game Room Store in North Hollywood. Truly a skilled craftsman at work completing his orders for custom made cues for the Billiard player.
