(5%) off such prices (exclusive of the patent royalty aforesaid), on all such film delivered to the Vendee by the Vendor between the date hereof and June 1st, 1911, the price, however, for all such film after June 1st, 1911, to be that provided for in said agreement of June 15th, 1909. 3h. That this agreement is to continue until July 1st, 1912, and thereafter year by year unless either of the parties hereto at least sixty (60) days before the expiration of said original term or of any of said subsequent terms, notifies the other in writing of its election to terminate this agreement, in which case the same shall terminate at the end of the term in which such notice is given. 3i. That all notices provided for in this agreement shall be in writing, and shall be given by delivering the same to the Vendor or the Vendee, as the case may be, or by depositing such notice in any postoffice of the United States, in a sealed envelope, postage prepaid, directed to the Vendor or the Vendee, as the case may be, at the last known post office address of said Vendor or Vendee, as the case niay be, to be forwarded by registered mail. 3j. That this agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Vendor and its successors and assigns, and shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Vendee and the successors and assigns of the Vendee's said business in the manufacture of motion pictures.
