I used the unlicensed pictures at the Colonial Theatre when I opened it February 3rd, 2 years ago. And I exhibited the pictures for six or seven months until I almost drove everybody away from the place, and then I had to get busy, because the people wanted the licensed pictures. Q. So in your judgment it is necessary for you to have the licensed pictures in order to run these two houses profitably? A. Yes, sir.
