COUNTY OF NEW YORK, On this 12th day of January, 1909, before me personally came HERMAN H. BRUENNER, the Secretary of the AMERICAN MUTOSCOPE £ BIOGRAPH COMPANY, with whom I am personally acquainted, who being by me duly sworn, deposed and said that he resides in the Borough of Brooklyn, City of New York, and is the Secretary of the AMERICAN .MUTOSCOPE & BIOGRAPH COMPANY, the corporation described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that he knows the corporate seal of the said company; that the seal affixed to the said instrument is said corporate seal and is so affixed by order of the Board of Directors of the said company; and that he attested the same by subscribing his name to the said instrument as Secretary of the said company by like order.
