' By striking out the entire paragraph numbered 27, and substituting therefor the following as paragraph 27: "27. It is further mutually covenanted and agreed by and between the Patents Company and the Eastman Company that this agreement shall take effect June 20th, 1909, and unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided shall continue until July 1st, 1912, and thereafter year by year, unless either of said parties*, at least sixty (GO) days before the expiration of said original term, or of any of said subsequent terms, notifies the other in writing of its election to terminate this agreement, in which case the same shall terminate at the end of the term in which such notice is given." (». That said above mentioned agreement entered into on or about the 15th day of June, 1909, as altered and modified by this agreement, shall continue in full force and effect. 7. That the covenants and agreements herein contained shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Patents Company, its successors, assigns and legal representatives, and the Eastman Company and its successors as defined in paragraph 10 of said agreement in writing dated on or about June 15th, 1909.
