O., in charge of the Pacific Coast jurisdiction of this great organization. Brother Beck's headquarters are in Oakland , and he is one of the busiest men m the country as well as one of the most popular and efficient labor leaders. Trains are too slow for Beck and that's why he uses the air Brother Billy Tuers shot these pictures.
