Loew's has joined Warners and RKO in boosting downtown first-run theater prices by five cents. No patron opposition is reported. Next advances are slated for subsequent-run stands. . . . Legion of Decency, review board for Catholic Church, in the past year found 53% of foreign films "objectionable in whole or in part," while American flickers rated 20% in the same category. . . .
