TAYLOR: It seems to me that the lack of action results from general unfamiliarity with the suggestion. I don't know enough about it to be for it or against it. I think the Board of Governors is better able to handle it than the Society is. MR. COFFMAN: I move that the report be referred to the Board of Governors for action. (Motion duly seconded and passed.)
