JOURNAL OF THE SOCIETY OF MOTION PICTURE ENGINEERS Prior to January, 1930, the Transactions of the Society were published several times a year, beginning with 1916. A complete index of the Transactions was published in 1930 under the title "Aims and Accomplishments of the Society of Motion Picture Engineers." A limited number of copies of this index may be obtained from the General Office of the Society at the price of $1.00 each. The volume and issue numbers of the Transactions, and the years in which they were issued, are as follows: Vol. Year VI 1922 VII 1923 VIII 1924 IX 1925 1926 No. 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 Vol. Year X 1926 XI 1927 XII 1928 XIII 1929 Beginning with the January, 1930, issue, the JOURNAL of the Society super- seded the Transactions, being issued monthly in two volumes a year, six issues to the volume. The volume numbers and corresponding years are as follows: Year 1930 1931 1932 Year 1933 1934 1935 Back issues of the JOURNAL may be obtained from the General Office of the Society at the price of $1.00 each.
