Should the President or Executive VicePresident remove his residence from the geographical area (Atlantic Coast or Pacific Coast) of the United States in which he resided at the time of his election, the office of Executive Vice-President shall immediately become vacant and a new Executive Vice-President elected by the Board of Governors for the unexpired portion of the term, the new Executive Vice-President to be a resident of that part of the United States from which the President or Executive Vice-President has just moved."
